I can hardly believe it's already mid-October! This year has been an absolute blur! I guess that's what happens when you're going a bazillion miles a minute all of the time.
Things are still busy right now. Normally a three class semester would be no problem, but a part-time job and a new marriage makes that small course load more than enough to keep me busy and out of trouble.
This is one of the rare times that I have to myself when I'm actually at home. Most of the time if I'm not at work I'm at school and if I'm not at school or work I'm running errands, (mostly stuff related to being a grown-up like insurance, car maintenance, shopping for the new house, etc.) and if I'm not doing that we're both at home either working on school work, cleaning the house or feeling guilty for not doing something we're supposed to be doing.
Right now, Nic is off at her practicum for a training seminar and I'm at home sitting around in my pj's, playing guitar, listening to music and watching stupid videos on youtube. It's relaxing...
In about an hour I'm going to stop being lazy and clean the house while she's gone and get working on a project we're doing together. In the mean time, I'm going to enjoy the quiet and pour myself another coffee.
P.S. Please disregard the fact that the video is scrolling pictures from a tv show. Most of the time I pride myself on being able to find the official videos for these songs, this guy just doesn't have one and the song has been stuck in my head for the last two weeks.
