Here's what my week looked like:
- I went to the gym on Monday and Friday for 45 minutes each time. I would have gone on Wednesday, but my accreditation interview got in the way of that. P.S. I passed.
- I started a new book that I read regularly instead of playing video games.
- I got all of my homework done and got a jump on this weeks work.
- I still watched more TV than I said I would so I'm thinking that needs to be looked into and either reevaluated or cracked down on.
- We started cooking out of a Weight Watchers cookbook this week. I've never eaten so much green stuff in my life. Thankfully it's all surprisingly tasty and lasts more than one meal. I fell off the wagon at a wedding I attended, but I don't really mind.
- I went online for more than 20 minutes a day, but still got all my work done and didn't feel like I was ignoring my wife all week. I think it had something to do with the times I was going on and what I was doing that was different.
- I slept better this week than I have in quite a while.
