Lifestyle change is difficult, and I am currently failing at it.
I could berate you with excuses as to why I haven't been updating when I said I would and why it's okay that I watched two episodes of Corner Gas, two episodes of How I Met Your Mother, and two episodes of Hiccups yesterday. I could throw in that a week long modular class is a pretty good reason to skip the gym and that by the time my wife was done she was always ready to go home so I had no time after class. The truth of the matter is, I haven't been trying very hard.
Today, I'm back in the saddle. I spent forty minutes at the gym, I'm reading for class directly after this and then I'm in class until 5:15. Tonight, because Nic and I have fallen in love with it, (and let's face it, how much can you really do together when you don't have money) we're going to watch a couple of episodes of Hiccups. Afterward, I'll read my non-school book for a while, clean and go to bed.
Another thing that I've started doing is actually using iCal. I know, crazy right? I took about four things away from my mod class last week, and one of them was the need to actually keep track of my time and how I'm using it. I'm not even close to figuring out how to use it effectively yet, but I'm sure that after a while I'll get the hang of it. It'll also be a little bit more useful once I get my iPhone... I need it to be summer... Now.

It's a show by the people who did "Corner Gas". As far as the iPhone goes, that's not happening for quite a while.
